Truman Simons, b. May 2, 1858, d. Feb 28, 1924. He was married to Mary (Mame) Abigail Curtis on Januray 19, 1879, She was b. 1861, d. 1949.
They had five children:
- Cora Simons, b. March 1861 in Oldtown, Maine, d. February 1949, Curtisville, Michigan. She was married to Joseph Napolean La Fleur.
- Ebbin Simons
- Richard (Dick) Simons, d. Apr 1961 in Tunnel Hill, Georgia. He was married to Arvian Lucille Shinaver. His second wife was named Cora ?
- Elva B. Simons, b. June 28, 1884, d. August 8, 1963 in Madison Heights, Michigan. She was married to Godrrey Peter Mac Coleman.
- Mary Jane (Jennie) Simons, b. July 28, 1892, d. January 22, 1894 in Curtisville, Michigan.
In 1916, T. Simons owned 40 acres located in SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 17, T25N - R5E,. Curtis Township.
